What every parent wants to know

You See What She's Capable of.

You Want Her to See It Too.

01

Confidence she can build

She practices preparing for the moments that challenge her, choosing useful self-talk and committing to her next action. Reviewing what she did and what she learned gives her reasons to trust herself.

02

A response she can own

After a mistake, she practices recognizing where her attention has gone, resetting and returning to the play at hand. She learns that a difficult moment can give her information and a next step.

03

Leadership she can BEAR

She practices communicating with teammates, following through on commitments and taking responsibility for her effort and attitude. These are actions she can carry into sport, school and life.

Talent creates opportunity. A repeatable system teaches her

how to use it with confidence, purpose and ownership.

THE SYSTEM

The Malleus Mentality

Your daughter connects who she wants to become with what she practices today. Her coach helps her turn that direction into specific actions, reflect on what happened and adjust.

BE — Decide who she is going to be.

Choose how she wants to show up in the situations that matter to her.

DO — Choose an action that reflects that decision.

Make that choice visible through her preparation, language and behavior.

HAVE — Review what happened and adjust.

Recognize progress, learn from the experience and decide what to practice next.

What Coaching Looks Like

A Coach Who Helps Her Put It Into Practice.

In weekly 1:1 online sessions, your daughter discusses her goals and the situations she is working through. Together, she and her coach talk through specific topics, review what she learned and adjust her next step.

If a mistake keeps pulling her attention away from the game, she learns a reset routine, uses it during training and reviews what helped her return her focus to the next play.

EXPLORE 1:1 COACHING

Time alone does not build confidence. Intentional repetitions do. Mental performance compounds just like physical training. The earlier she starts, the stronger her response becomes when it matters most.

Every day without intentional coaching, she is still practicing a response to pressure, either intentionally or by default. Every unaddressed experience can reinforce the belief that one mistake, one performance or someone else's opinion determines who she is..

Every day she waits is another day pressure may be shaping her identity for her. Every practice, every game, every moment that catches her off guard is already teaching her how to respond. The question is whether that response is being built with intention or by default.

Intentional coaching doesn't add pressure. It gives the pressure she already faces a purpose. She stops reacting and starts responding. That's the difference between a girl who survives the moment and one who owns it.

“I Want Your Daughter to Trust Herself.”

I know what it feels like to hear “just be confident” without anyone showing you how.

Learning to prepare, direct my focus and choose my response gave me something I could practice. Those experiences helped shape the Malleus Mentality.

I want your daughter to have a coach who takes her goals seriously and helps her build skills she can use for herself, in her sport and beyond it.
